Payroll does all his own work while keeping a self-made profile.  Hailing from the North Pole (Chicago’s north side), the mobile rapper gets around from place to place in the Midwest.  Recording on the opposite end of the city, Roll has been prepping his upcoming album Broke, Starvin & Gangbang’n on 40 Thievz Records (Cap-1’s label).  He’s also found on Tension’s (from Gary, Indiana’s SGP Records) recent release, Da Induction.  Bringing two Midwest cities together enables strength to a region ready to blow up at any minute.  It appears after Payroll’s original hit Never Change produced by Kanye West, he has been consistent, creating good music for the streets.  With Cap-1 and the 40 Thievz at his side, there’s no
stopping Payroll’s quest for success.
